Pilar has no phone ( "no spanish sim card no more") either her rockstar sunglasses and her gift-bag (nice orange bag bought in Cadiz by her friends). Anita lost her famous bag and safe money belt. What happened was the fierce monkeys opened the lockers of their motorbike, while they were swimming in the watercave. Cheeky monkeys. Police in Vang Vieng couldn't believe our story and they did not make a report for the insurance company.
I knew it. Those little cheeky creatures... they attack when you less expect it... just as humans...

ReplyDeleteIt is really useful when you want to speak to her... you don't really need it but from time to time it is nice to hear her voice... skype is brilliant but you need the mic and headphones which are not always available....

Bloody "monkeys"...
I am in south america and I do have a mobile... and thanks to that I can speak to my parents (because they don't have a clue how to switch on the computer) and I can still speak to Pilanita if she ever bothers to call me from an internet cafe (and she still needs the bloody mic and headphones)
